Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Sunglasses must be unused and returned in the original case.

Items marked final sale, gift cards and caps that have been worn are not returnable.

Email info@fenixclothingpr.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We’ll send instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost.
